We are currently hiring for the following positions:
As a Restoration Technician you will assist in mitigating water, mold, fire, and smoke damage in our customer’s homes. You will be responsible for carrying out a variety of restoration services, including assessing, cleaning, disposing, drying, and cleaning. Restoration technicians are part of an emergency response team and will require flexibility for scheduling.
Restoration Technician Job Duties:
- Assist PM's, Crew Chiefs, and Lead Technicians on tasks as assigned/necessary
- Morning chore list
- Shop cleaning
- Equipment cleaning and Maintenance
- Truck check-in
- Truck cleaning- Have Lead review truck status before being released for the day
- Truck mount cleaning and winterization
- Dumping truck mount storage tank at end of day
- Continued Learning
- Adherence to company on-call policy, hours, and prompt communication standards
- Perform water mitigation and extraction services
- Clean and store salvageable belongings and property
- Decontaminate and deodorize indoor spaces
24-7 Standards:
- Technicians will manage timeclock entries by punching in and out properly. If a punch is missed, technician must report that information to HR for updating. PM’s and HR should not have to chase you down to get your timeclock entries correct
- Technicians will show up on time and be prepared to work with the proper tools, PPE, and Uniform
- All technicians will demonstrate an advanced level of professionalism at all times especially when at customer homes and when managing customer relations
- Technicians will maintain and utilize company equipment with care
- Company vehicles will remain clean and maintained at all times
- Technicians are responsible for following all safety and OSHA standards
- Technicians are responsible for following company procedure and protocol at all times
- 24-7 Restoration is an emergency response company, all employees must adhere to the on call policy and standards for after-hours response
