Michael Richardson
Founder of 24-7 Restoration
Michael Richardson is a dedicated Colorado Front Range resident who founded 24-7 Restoration to provide reliable, trustworthy emergency restoration services. He and his team are committed to helping families and businesses recover from unexpected disasters such as flooding, fire, and sewage backups, ensuring that life gets back to normal as quickly as possible.
Michael values staying current with industry advancements and holds numerous certifications. He’s a journeyman water restorer and water damage restoration technician through the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) and the American Drying Institute (ADI). He is also certified in applied structural drying and serves as a general asbestos contractor for the State of Colorado.
In his free time, Michael loves spending time with his loved ones, playing bass in his band, and playing with his dog Wilson.

Kyle VanFrank
Operations
Originally from Oxford, Ohio, Kyle moved to Colorado in 2019, bringing 16 years of management experience, including eight years in the military and eight in the private sector. He has been with 24-7 Restoration for 1.5 years and is pursuing a master’s in management, expected in 2025.
Kyle values 24-7 Restoration’s mission of helping homeowners and providing a calming presence. He enjoys the dynamic work environment and appreciates the supportive, knowledgeable staff, who feel like family.
In his free time, Kyle enjoys hunting, hiking, and cheering on Ohio State football. He loves spending time with his wife and their three dogs: Nala, Brutus, and Bugzy.
Deena Stuerman
Business Development
Originally from Philadelphia, Deena moved to Colorado in 1995 and brings over 20 years of experience in business development. She has a passion for exceeding goals, collaborating with teams, and helping others succeed, supported by degrees from the University of New South Wales and CU Boulder.
Deena enjoys spending time with her family and staying active in her Lyons, Colorado, community. Her hobbies include travel, writing, and outdoor pursuits like snowboarding, rock climbing, hiking, and yoga.
Dedicated to environmental protection, education, and humanitarian efforts, Deena strives to make a positive impact in all areas of her life.
Rhonda Jansen
Administration
Originally from Oklahoma, Rhonda brings over 20 years of office expertise and a strong commitment to teamwork and integrity to 24-7 Restoration. She ensures every customer receives honest, professional service while keeping operations running smoothly.
When not at work, Rhonda enjoys crafting, hiking, and watching reality TV. Her creative and focused approach carries over into her professional contributions.

Donna Shumaker

Originally from the East Coast, Donna Shumaker brings 23 years of billing and claims experience, including 4.5 years with 24-7 Restoration. She admires the company’s dedication to putting customers first and values the team’s empathy and high standards.
Since moving to Colorado 21 years ago, Donna has built strong connections within her community and family. Her commitment to excellence extends to both her professional and personal life.

Originally from Chicago, Steve Kaitchuck brings over 40 years of experience to his role, with the past seven spent as a dedicated member of the 24-7 Restoration team. He values the company’s focus on mentoring, along with the freedom and flexibility that allow him to make a real impact.
Steve is passionate about helping others grow and succeed, finding fulfillment in guiding his team and sharing his expertise.
Since moving to Colorado in 2008, Steve has embraced the outdoor lifestyle, spending his free time fishing, working out, and grilling. Known for making the best chicken wings on his well-loved old smoker, he’s always ready to fire it up and enjoy everything Colorado has to offer.

Originally from Maryland, Dale Schwartz moved to Colorado in 2012, bringing 18 years of experience in reconstruction. For the past seven years, he has been a key member of 24-7 Restoration, specializing in both reconstruction and mitigation with a focus on integrity and professionalism.
Dale is known for prioritizing customer needs and ensuring every project is handled with care. His genuine concern for others and dependable service have made him a valued member of the community.
Outside of work, Dale enjoys Colorado’s active lifestyle through hiking, coaching his children’s sports teams, and playing disc golf.
